The Levy Senior Center will be closed for annual deep cleaning Monday, December 20 – Sunday, December 26. The Levy Senior Center will be closed Monday, January 21 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

JAMMING JEAN HOLIDAY MUSICAL CELEBRATION

The Levy Senior Center Foundation has created a new music series for all ages that will delight the entire Evanston community. The Jamming Jean Music Series, named in honor of a former Levy Senior Center member, will feature music and musicians that reflect Evanston and its cultural diversity. Mark your calendar for Friday, December 10th and join Corky Siegel and Lynne Jordan for a virtual, interactive holiday celebration. AARP FOUNDATION TAX-AIDE

It’s Tax Time Again! AARP Foundation Tax-Aide helps low to moderate income taxpayers age 55 years and up prepare simple tax returns, assist in filing tax forms, 1040 forms, certain schedules, at the Levy Senior Center. For more complex returns, please seek paid tax assistance. Drop-off and drive-through service only. To be eligible for this free service, you must be an Evanston resident, age 55 and up, and have a household income of less than $40,000. The Levy Senior Center Foundation along with Evelyn Binz and Bette Coulson is proud to bring the talents of young, award-winning classical musicians to the Levy Senior Center. The outstanding lineup continues to honor the memory of Fran Randall who loved classical music and played an important role in opening the current center.
