Delicious Dark Chocolate Cupcakes

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
¾ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
¾ cup canola oil
1 cup water
Instructions
1. Line a cupcake tin. Set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F ahrenheit.
3. Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the vanilla, eggs, canola oil, and water.
5. Combine the wet ingredients and the dry ingredients in the large bowl.
6. Scoop the batter into a cupcake tin.
Chef Tip: Use an ice cream scoop when you are scooping the batter into the tin.
7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the toothpick comes out clean
