MESSAGE FROM THE MAYOR
We have an outstanding line up of entertainment for you to enjoy this season and it all starts with the spooky and rather gruesome Murder Ballads, Haunted Tales and Songs about Killing. This entertaining and somewhat unusual performance will take patrons on a musical journey of bloody murder – rest assured that all guests will leave the QPT thoroughly entertained (as well as with all limbs intact!). Just weeks later we welcome the Moscow Ballet La Classique to the stage. This production is sure to captivate the audience with its fairy tale performance and impressive dancers. It’s not often that you get to attend a ballet performance as high quality as this, so definitely secure your tickets as early as possible. If you’re a child of the 90s you’ll be thrilled to learn that classic Australian book Edward the Emu has been made into a theatre performance and is heading to the QPT in June. Follow Edward and Edwina as they wonder about life as an emu and the adventures they get up to. We’re so proud to provide you with another high quality program at the QPT and hope to see you enjoying the many theatre, comedy, film, music and dance productions. See you there.
