Beginning and intermediate level classes are offered to teach the basic steps and beyond of hustle line dancing. No partner is needed, just an interest to learn, be active and be fit. Acrobatics

Introduction to basic tumbling moves and agility tricks such as handstands, cartwheels, front and back somersaults and bridges. Attendees will also work on stretching and limbering the body, as well as the proper form for tumbling. Each child will work on moves and tricks appropriate to their skill level. Ballet Marialuz: Traditional Latino Dance

Breaking 101
Free
All of the Above Hip Hop Academy is offering their youth “Breaking 101” classes at Foster Community Center! This is a course that teaches introductory breaking (breakdancing) skills and introduces hip hop culture. Students will focus on top-rock, floor work, freezes, philosophy, flavor and history skills. Participants will also be introduced to the techniques, principles, and concepts around power moves such as windmills, ‘90s flare and more (acrobatic elements found in breaking). Students will have the opportunity to engage in regular battles and cyphers to learn the difference between the two and assist in their development as breakers. Section A is for beginners. Section B requires some experience.
