Japanese Swordsmanship

Training focuses on traditional techniques of Ono-ha Itto-ryu School of Swordsmanship which is one of the most well-known schools in Japan and is a forerunner of modern Kendo. Fully licensed intructor: Rodney Uhler 11 Sessions.

We have treadmills, elliptical machines, medicine and stability balls, a variety of strength-training machines and more. Get the “home gym” feel without actually having all of the equipment at home. Kickboxing

Welcome to “Kickboxing Cardio!” In this class, you will follow some of the top instructors in the world as they take you through a workout that will have you kicking and punching your way to a sculpted and toned body. Workouts will have nonstop boxing drills, heart pumping, killer MMA inspired kickboxing workouts and more. Follow along on our 70” big screen TV using our Fitness on Demand program. Meditation and Mindfulness

Meditation and mindfulness are great tools that have been scientifically proven to help us relax, focus, and develop better concentration and peace of mind. In this class, you will learn and practice various techniques and styles of meditation that can be used in everyday situations. Students will need to bring a cushion and/or mat that they will be comfortable sitting on for extended periods of time. Chairs will also be available. Instructor: Nick Nelson 8 Sessions.

POUND Fitness

Burn up to 900+ calories per hour with POUND. Strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music! You will use lightly weighted drum sticks to air drum and pound the floor while squatting, lunging, stretching and doing other fat burning moves. 7 Sessions.

Low Impact Aerobics
