Our online registration system allows customers to register via the Internet for most of our classes and programs. The system is available to residents 24-hours a day, seven days a week, except during times the system will be taken down for maintenance.

ePACT is a secure digital solution that allows you to quickly share the health and emergency information we need, and also provides us with powerful communication tools to ensure we have a way to message you in the event of an illness, injury, or larger scale emergency. ePACT also offers health screening and contactless checkin tools, ensuring we can properly mitigate risks of exposure to COVID-19. *We are currently using ePACT for after school programs and adaptive programming.

What if I forgot my login name? ACTIVE Net uses your email address as your login name. It will always be the email you registered with. What if I forgot my password? How do I register for an Activity? Once your account has been established, registration for Activities is easy: 1. Click the Activities button on the registration home page. 2. Select the Activity that you would like to enroll into. Clicking the underlined name will show you a detailed Activity description. 3. Click the Add to My Cart button if you wish to register for the Activity. 4. Next, sign in to your online registration account by entering your Login Name information and Password. Proceed to checkout by clicking the Continue button. From this screen you may remove Activities from your cart or view more Activities and add them to your cart. *Please Note: If more than one family member will be attending the Activity, click on the button labeled, Add Another One (located under the Shopping Cart screen). 5. Confirm your Activity name, date and time, enrollee and price. 6. Click Continue to proceed with payment. You will be prompted that you are entering a secure site. Enter your credit card information on the Payment Information Page and agree to any required waiver(s) and confirm the payer meets the age requirement of "13 Years or Older". Click Continue. This system accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. *Please Note: The name and address must match those that are on file with your credit company. ADAPTIVE RECREATIONAL BOWLING EAST
Adaptive sports, recreation and social programs are offered to youth and adults with developmental disabilities. The City of Mesa Parks, Recreation & Community Facilities offers a wide variety of activities including weekly sports and recreation programs, special interest classes, social activities, and summer camp. Our mission is to “Let no one sit on the sidelines.”
This program is for individuals with developmental disabilities. “Strike” up some fun and be part of Team Mesa! Athletes learn bowling etiquette and develop skills while socializing with their peers. Practice sessions prepare athletes for participation in area and state games. Bring additional $5.00 to the bowling alley each week to cover cost of two games and shoes. Participants are able to arrive anytime between the program time to complete their two games of bowling. SPECIAL OLYMPICS AND UNIFIED SPORTS MEDICAL FORMS POLICY
All athletes competing in any sport must have a current Special Olympics Arizona medical form on file with the City of Mesa before beginning practice for any sport. There is a specific form to be filled out by the doctor, as well as the family. It is suggested that you keep a copy of your current physical. You can get the form from Special Olympics Arizona here. Athletes participation in the sports programs with this symbol are eligible to compete in Special Olympics Arizona (SOAZ) competitions. The training schedule for each program is based on the competition schedule as determined by SOAZ. Fees collected for sports programs will cover the costs of staff, equipment and travel to competitions.

This program is designed for individuals with developmental disabilities. Get off the couch and “hoop” it up with Team Mesa! Athletes will learn fundamentals of basketball, develop knowledge of the game, and socialize with their peers. Basketball promotes physical fitness and good sportsmanship. Whether it's casual or competitive, there's always an opportunity to keep fit and have fun in the parks. The leagues include softball, senior softball, flag football, kickball, Recess for Adults, and volleyball. The spirit of our leagues is for fun and enjoyment.

Are you ready for some football? This flag football league has a recreational division (light-hearted competition) and a competitive division (geared towards the more advanced players). The league is an eight on eight player league and games start no earlier than 6:20pm. The season consists of 7 weeks of single games plus an end of season tournament for the top four teams. VOLLEYBALL
The City of Mesa offers a Thursday night Women’s volleyball league. Recreational & competitive leagues available. The season consists of 7 weeks of round robin style schedule with an end of season tournament for all teams. Each team plays one match per night, one match consists of 3 games. The first & second games are to 25pts and the third game to 15pts. Rally scoring is used. Games start no earlier than 6:30pm. All leagues are 6 on 6. SENIOR SOFTBALL
Come enjoy winter in sunny Mesa, Arizona. The City of Mesa, Parks & Recreation department offers a senior softball league during the winter (Jan-Feb). Registration takes place in mid-November and league play begins the first week of January. The league has five divisions of play ranging from very recreational (light-hearted competition) to competitive (geared toward the more advanced player). This program is geared towards adults 50 years and older.

KICKBALL
The City of Mesa offers a Friday night adult kickball league (must be 18 years or older to play). This is a recreational league (light-hearted competition). The season consists of 7 weeks of double header, round robin style schedule with a tournament for all teams at the end of the season. Games are 50 min long. Beer permits are available for purchase at our office. Games start no earlier than 6:30pm. Bring lawn chairs, drinks, food and friends. Headbands are encouraged. RECESS FOR ADULTS
Bring a friend and your inner kid for the newest City of Mesa program, Recess for Adults! Recess for Adults is a recreation program for those who would like to try multiple activities. Each week, a new sport or game will be offered. Players will have a chance to compete and socialize. This program is geared towards adults (18+) of all skill levels. Locations may change from week to week. However, locations will always be within City of Mesa limits. Mini tournament format. Games will be self-officiated. Sign up as a pair. This is considered your team and will be kept together throughout the season. Expect mingling and fun! Post weekly get togethers at local establishments. This league is for experienced riders who are already comfortable on the FlowRider and are working on enhancing their tricks and skills on the wave. Most of the time will be spent with the Flow Fence in to allow for multiple riders to practice skills at the same time. This league is for beginner riders who are learning to stand up on the wave. This league will focus on more instruction with a coach and practice to improve all FlowRider skills. The use of the Flow Fence will be determined by the lifeguards on duty. All riders must watch a safety video and have a completed liability wavier on the first day of class. INTERMEDIATE FLOWRIDER LEAGUE
This course is designed to teach lifeguarding responsibilities and rescue skills to certify participants as American Red Cross Lifeguards. Class includes CPR/AED for the Professional Lifeguard certification. Students must come prepared to swim on the first day of class and must be at least 15 years old by the last day of class. Proof of age is required on the first day of class. All class dates are mandatory. Participants will have to pass pre-requisite skills on the first day of class in order to continue with training. The pre-requisite skills include a 300-yard swim using freestyle and backstroke, a surface dive to a depth of 10 feet to retrieve a 10-pound object and swim in under 1 minute 40 seconds, and a timed deep-water tread. Online portion is to be completed before the in-person sessions. Online portion will be emailed at least 1 week prior to in-person start date. This league is for riders who are working on perfecting their stand-up skills by riding across the entire wave and getting more comfortable with balance and new techniques. Time will be spent with the Flow Fence out to allow for more practice space along the wave. The Flow Fence will be in for the last 30 minutes of class to allow for trick practice. SPECIAL EVENT PUMPKIN SPLASH
Take a dip in our floating pumpkin patch at Mesa's annual Pumpkin Splash event! Admission includes one pumpkin per person, pumpkin decorating, one and a half hours of swim time in our heated pool. There will be a max of 150 participants per time frame. Mesa Cares donations accepted for those who do not wish to keep their pumpkin. No ticket will be mailed, you will check-in by name at the event. Youth and adult group tennis lessons, adult leagues, tournaments, court reservations and racket restringing are available. Reservations for tennis courts, pickleball courts and ball machines can be made up to 2 weeks in advance by calling 480-644-3874 during regular business hours. The Mesa Tennis Center has balls, grips, shock absorbers, and water bottles available for sale in the pro shop. This is a 1 day event, non-elimination round robin format. Tournament features three skill levels for boys and girls; Gold (advanced), Silver (intermediate) & Bronze (beginner). Within the different skill levels there are different ball types; Orange Dot Ball, Green Dot Ball, and Yellow Ball. The focus on these one day tournaments is on having FUN and Playing More Tennis. Event can only take 32 total players due to court restricts so sign-up early, this tournament may fill before the deadline! TEEN KICKBALL TOURNAMENT
Grab your friends and get ready to kick for a cause with our holiday charity Teen Kickball Tournament. Tournament is double elimination with medals and gift card for 1st place. All participants receive a t-shirt. Event also includes raffle prizes and contest for best ugly sweater team uniform. A toy drive will also be onsite with all donations given to Mesa's families in need. Two divisions:7th-8th grade, 9th-12th grade. Tournament bracket will be sent out on December 1. 10 vs 10 (15 players per team).Participants may only play on one team. All members of a team must actively be enrolled and attending a corresponding grade of their registered division. All teams must have one team captain who must complete registration for the entire team. The Webster Gymnasium and Recreation Center was built through a cooperation between the Mesa Parks and Recreation Department and Mesa Public Schools to serve the Webster Elementary community and Mesa. The center has a gymnasium and a classroom.
