VA Online Disability Claim Tool
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is transforming the way veterans learn about and apply for the benefits they’ve earned. The Disability Compensation Benefits Claim tool was released in 2019, providing veterans with more control over their submissions and representing an innovative leap forward in VA services. The tool also lessens the administrative and paperwork burden for veterans and shortens the claims processing time. Tutorial videos on how to use the new tool are available at www.youtube.com/user/DeptVetAffairsOIT. The disability claim tool can be found directly at www.va.gov/disability/how-to-file-claim.
If you are a veteran or family member and need help using the online disability claim tool, or need any other assistance, please call or visit the Veterans Assistance Office at the contact information listed above.
