O’Fallon’s 66,000 sq. ft. indoor recreation complex, the Renaud Center, is fully equipped for all ages and abilities and offers a superb fitness center, a natatorium, a state-of-theart gymnasium, an art gallery, classrooms, wet and dry food courts, locker rooms, showers and changing rooms for families and those with disabilities. For safety, teens ages 12–15 are REQUIRED to take the Weight Room Orientation program before they will be permitted to use the Fitness Center, including the Weight Room. See the Fitness section for class times and costs. Children ages 9–11 may use the indoor track only in the company of a parent or guardian. Children ages 8 and under are not permitted on the track.

With the exception of specific programs, all guests who pass the front desk must pay daily admission, including spectators.
Renaud Center Closings & Holiday Hours
Special hours and closures for observed holidays, include: New Year’s Day, noon – 5 p.m.; Easter, closed; Memorial Day, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.; Independence Day, closed; Thanksgiving Day, closed; Christmas Eve, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.; Christmas Day, closed; New Year’s Eve, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. For any holidays not listed, the Renaud Center is open normal business hours. Each year, the Renaud Center closes Labor Day week for building-wide maintenance. Additionally, the RC Natatorium will be closed for maintenence August 28 - September 3 prior to shut down.

Kids’ Korner
Ages 3 months–9 years
Open: Monday – Friday: 8:00A – 12:00P, 4:00–8:00P; Saturday: 9:00A – 2:00P; Sunday: CLOSED
For a safe, kid-friendly place where children can play while you work out, try the Kids’ Korner. Staff encourages kids to play together, try various activities and enjoy free play. Look for as a handy reference to adult classes scheduled during Kids’ Korner hours. Kids’ Korner is available on a first-come, firstserved basis and is limited to two (2) hours daily.
Cost: $3 per child, per visit.
Value Passes: 20 visits for $50; passes are valid for one year.
Kids’ Korner Memberships: $150 per year; membership is good for all children in the family.
• Kids’ Korner provides toys, games and activities - no need to bring your child’s toys!
• Parents and guardians must stay at the Renaud Center when children are at the Kids’ Korner.
• Parents are responsible for changing diapers and may be called to Kids’ Korner.
• Staff is not allowed to give bottles, snacks or drinks.
Late Fees and Pick-up Policy
A late fee will be charged for:
• Children who are not picked up at the end of class/program
• Children who remain in Kids’ Korner beyond the 2-hour limit $10 will be charged for the first 15 minutes
• An additional $5 will be charged for each 10 minutes thereafter, until the child is picked up.
Please register in advance!
All classes have a minimum and maximum enrollment. To keep classes from being cancelled due to low registration, please register at least six days in advance of the start date. Once a class is cancelled, it will not be rescheduled.
For example, if a class begins on a Monday, you must register no later than Tuesday of the previous week. Please note that some programs, including trips, camps and sports leagues, have earlier deadlines, so please be sure to check the program descriptions.

Definition of a “resident”
“Residents” are people who live within the City of O’Fallon’s corporate limits. City limits and Post Office boundaries are not the same, so it is possible to have an O’Fallon address, yet live outside the City, or have a postal address in an adjacent municipality, yet live in O’Fallon.
Proof of residency
To obtain a Resident Privilege Account, you must present both proof of identity and proof of residency. Acceptable forms of photo ID, which must show your current City of O’Fallon address, include:
• Missouri driver’s license or identification card
• College student identification card
• Military identification card
In addition, residents need one of the following with the same address as the photo ID:
• An unpaid utility bill
• A personal check with pre-printed name and address
• A current auto or voter registration
• A current personal property tax statement
• The most recent personal income tax statement
• A current rental lease agreement

Schedule Changes
Scheduling for special events, holidays, maintenance, classes or other activities may mean that some Parks facilities may close earlier or open later than normal.
Resident Privilege Account
All O’Fallon residents are eligible for resident rates on park facility rentals, programs and admissions with a Resident Privilege Account. Apply for your free Resident Privilege Account at the Renaud Center. Residents ages 16 and under must be accompanied by a resident parent or resident guardian to obtain a Resident Privilege Account. The account expires one year from the date issued.
• A “resident family” is defined as 2–5 people* living at the same address within O’Fallon city limits.
• A “non-resident family” is defined as 2–5 people* living at the same address outside of O’Fallon city limits.
• All family members must be declared when a family account is established. Inappropriate use of membership ID and/or privileges may result in termination or suspension of the membership.
*Additional individual family members (ages 3+) may be added to a Renaud Center membership at the cost of $25 for residents, $50 for non-residents.

The City of O’Fallon welcomes adults and children with disabilities and is dedicated to providing recreation and health resources to the entire community.
To help those with disabilities benefit from all the choices offered by the Parks and Recreation Departments, Inclusive Recreation Coordinator Brita Weight will work directly with participants, families, caregivers, friends, teachers and Parks and Recreation Departments staff to resolve concerns and ensure that appropriate individualized accommodations are in place. Through open communication and by working cooperatively, challenges to inclusion can be overcome. Examples of accommodations include, but are not limited to:
• Modifying activities
• Changing staff-to-participant ratios
• Providing staff training
• Monitoring accommodations for effectiveness

Program Refund Policy
• A full refund will be given for classes cancelled by the City.
• No refunds or make-ups will be given for missed lessons.
• No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the class.
• A $15.00 service charge will be placed on returned checks.
• Refunds of $10.00 or less are credited to the customer’s account for future programs.
• Refunds over $10.00 may be requested for reimbursement by check to the main contact on the account.
• A service fee of $5.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will apply to refunds initiated by the customer.
