Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Fit Beginner

Swimming skills are not required for this four-week beginner class, which offers a great way to get started in our water exercise program. Aqua aerobics is a low-impact exercise that strengthens muscles and joints and provides a great cardiovascular workout in the pool.

Aqua Power Intermediate

Join our four-week aqua aerobics class for an exhilarating, jointfriendly workout with low, medium and high-intensity exercises. No swimming is required. We’ll focus on cardiovascular fitness and muscle conditioning with water dumbbells, noodles and other pool fitness equipment.

Therapeutic Aqua Aerobics

If you have arthritis or a bone/joint condition, treat yourself to warm water and relieve aches and pains. No swimming skills are required in this four-week class, which relieves bones of weightbearing stress as you strengthen muscles and joints. Specialized instruction will help you improve movement and flexibility.

Water Walking/Running

Swimming is not required! Walk in the lazy river (you’ll find it’s not really so lazy) to improve cardiovascular health, balance and flexibility. We offer two different types of walking classes: Water Walking, which meets twice a week, and Water Running, which meets once a week. Both classes mix up your workout with lazy river jets for resistance!
