Downtown Palm Beach Gardens As Downtown Palm Beach Gardens continues their updates, portions of their redesign are starting to take shape. In addition to completing their newest Art in Public Places piece, their other AIPP project is settling into its new lakeside home. The beloved carousel is undergoing final touches of its relocation where it will soon be operated overlooking the lake and Landmark Towers. Where the carousel was formerly located, patrons will find an interactive water feature with comfortable seating for parents to sit nearby. COMING SOON: A new major tenant has been announced; REI will move
in to the first floor of the cinema building.
Avenir ClubhouseEast The residents of Avenir are in for a treat! Construction will soon be completed for a 12,087 square foot clubhouse in their community. The clubhouse will feature an indoor gym, aerobics room, locker room, event hall, kitchen & café. Residents will also be able to take advantage of tennis courts, pickleball courts, a resort-style pool, lap pool, splash pad, and two playgrounds.
Gardens Self Storage (9055 Roan Lane) On 1.66 acres nestled between Northlake Boulevard and I-95, the Crunch Fitness that sat in the corner is no more. The workout facility has now been demolished and site work has commenced on what will be a 76,065 square foot self-service story facility. Along with an accessory office for business operations, the three-story building will house 675 storage spaces.
