Zumba is an aerobic workout that fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to follow moves to create a one-of-a kind fitness program. Pretty much the most awesome workout ever! Dance to great music with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it. CC Gymnasium

Explore a wide range of natural building materials that Mother Nature has to offer. Learn to weave fibre baskets, make paper and form clay bricks. Creating practical items from what we find just outside our doorstep is a very fun and satisfying process. Creative Craft Series 7 - 9 yrs

Let your creative juices flow as you learn new skills and make cool, imaginative creations in various media. Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese martial art, has evolved into an exceptional practice to improve overall fitness and well-being. Reduce anxiety and stress through a variety of rhythmic, fluid movements done slowly in a relaxed and aware state. An inclusive class for people looking to learn Tai Chi. Yoga Hatha Yoga 16yrs and over

Everyone is welcome to learn and experience the joy of freer movement and better breathing. This is a gently progressive class where all may work at their own level of comfort and ability. Modifications and progressions will be offered to find your ease and deeper connection in poses. Breath and balance work enhance concentration to discover and access inner peace. All this, wrapped up with a guided relaxation to complete each session. Please bring your own mat, a warm thick blanket and reusable water bottle to each class. No experience necessary but must be able to move up and down from floor. CC Dance Studio

Chair Yoga 16 yrs and over

The support of a chair brings comfort, stability and depth to basic yoga movements. You can develop your fitness level while building balance, strength and mobility with modifications if you have back, hip, knee or shoulder concerns.
