The support of a chair brings comfort, stability and depth to basic yoga movements. You can develop your fitness level while building balance, strength and mobility with modifications if you have back, hip, knee or shoulder concerns. Weight Room Circuit Fitness for Older Adults 50 yrs and over
This program is an older adult circuit training program in the fitness room. Our registered fitness trainer will guide older adults through an hour long full body circuit with the goal of increasing muscular strength, cardiovascular health, balance and bone density. Fitness Room Orientations Book a Fitness Room Orientation with us! A certified personal trainer will take you 1 on 1 through the ins and outs of the Fitness Room including: proper etiquette, how the use all equipment safely, helpful tips, exercise form and some examples of exercises related to your personal fitness goals.
