TIME OUT A chance for mothers, fathers and caregivers of children aged newborn to six years to interact with each other through creative play and action games. KIDS’ DANCE CRAZE Join us for our recreational, co-ed dance classes held at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex and Albert McCormick Community Centre. Fee Assistance Leisure Access Program Fee assistance is available to Waterloo residents with low income participating in City of Waterloo and affiliated minor sports and arts programs. To apply for Fee Assistance, you must complete an application form* and submit it prior to registration. Once approved, you will receive a Leisure Access Card to show at the time of registration to verify the fee assistance payment.
