Share progress made from the past year and key milestones for Mercury Lane and Beresford Square design.

Meeting notes Welcome – Members were welcome and reminded of the importance of their presence and contribution. Update – An introduction to the project and proposed timeline for the two station. Also, a brief overview was provided about the recent installation of artwork along Canada Street by Artist Paul Walsh and plans to continue with art work installation along the hoardings of both sites. Mercury Lane - An overview of the specifics of what is currently happening at Mercury Lane. What the plunges columns we for and the exact location of the station and underground sections in relation to Canada Street and Mercury Lane. 1


Tunnels – A presentation was provided that outlined what exactly was taking place in the temporary access shaft and how excavation of the tunnel was currently being carried out. Beresford Square – An outline of the work that was happening and what were the next stages of the square, in particular the plunge columns and D-Wall work.
