Questions/feedback to Link Alliance following presentation •
What mitigations and monitoring is in place in regards to vibration and building safety on Victoria Street West? On Victoria Street West there are two real-time 24/7 vibration monitors, located at either side of the intersection within private buildings. While vibrations can sometimes be felt, this is expected during certain parts of the station construction. General levels to date are within what is expected and well below the level where structural integrity of buildings would be a concern. Pre-construction building surveys have also been completed, to record the state of buildings before construction began.
