CLG Guidelines

Responsible CG

The CLG has been set up through a statutory process with a particular function. Meeting attendees are community representatives and may share information with the public. Members will be advised if any information is confidential and should not be shared. Please note that the CLG is not a public forum. The CLG is an information forum about the City Rail Link project only. All other enquires can be directed to AT customer service. It is preferred if the same members attend the meeting each month to ensure background knowledge so that the group does not have to back track to bring people up to speed.

Members will be provided with links to sign up to CRL Newsletter and Facebook for regular updates – See actions.

Presentation and minutes from each meeting will be available online unless there is any confidential information enclosed.

When feedback is needed, CLG members will be sent documentation in advance via email to review and prepare questions and/or feedback before a scheduled meeting. During the meeting, prepared questions will be answered by the specialist in that area. Members are advised to submit any long lists of questions via email to CRLProject@aucklandtransport.govt.nz before the
