Britomart Place programme – Jonathan Dudman
Martinus Rail and Link Alliance have been occupying part of Britomart Place and Scene Lane for works to:

• Reconfigure underground equipment rooms at the eastern end of Waitematā Station (Britomart)
Works in Britomart Place / Scene Lane
• The above ground works (excluding the streetscape reinstatement) will be completed by early April 2023.
• During the latter stages of the works, and as Martinus and the Alliance progressively demobilise (removal of construction support areas, hoardings etc.), permanent reinstatement of the Britomart Place/Scene Lane streetscape will commence.
