Questions?

General layout plan Logistics control • The site area will be fully fenced to all boundaries using block and mesh type temporary fencing with debris scrim attached • Scaffolding will be provided for access to remove cladding sheets to both East and West elevations. The scaffolding will be covered in debris scrim to protect both public and adjacent buildings from the materials being removed • Crane access to the site will mainly be from Tyler Street, but about 30% will need to be accessed from Galway Street. • Majority of materials will be loaded out through Tyler St side, except single storey building on Galway street.

Site cleared for handover to streetscaping From 1/4/2024 • The existing building will be removed down to the existing paving surface level. Leaving the entrance canopy intact, ready for any follow-on works. (1/4/24) • Existing ventilation shafts and stair egress buildings are to remain in place • The site temporary fencing around the site will also remain in place for the following streetscape contractor works.
