5 Maungawhau/Mount Eden Station Site - Construction Update • Station building steel structure and panels installed for BOH, base slab poured for FOH • Installing stairs for the CRL platform • Ruru Street bridge beams installed • Pouring floor slab for final level of Ventilation Building • North Auckland Line platform and overpass progress • Formwork and base slab pouring for cut and cover tunnels

11 • TBM broke through to Te Waihorotiu Station (Aotea) in September. • Completed boring the two CRL tunnels travelling from Maungawhau/Mount Eden to Te Waihorotiu Station. • Travelled over 3.2kms, installed 2,110 segment rings, and removed over 260,000 tonnes of spoil. • TBM dismantled and lifted above ground at Te Waihorotiu Station, valuable parts will be returned to manufacturer in Germany. • TBM gantries have been pulled back through tunnel to Maungawhau / Mount Eden Station to be dismantled. • Packing TBM supporting equipment on site. • Spoil and Segment trucks supporting TBM operations will no longer be required. 17 North Auckland Line (NAL) - Construction Update Track works • Eastern grade MC50/60 breakthrough to main site • Western Grade MC20/30 to CRL platform almost complete • MC40 excavations complete and hand over to Systems Team end of October • Systems track and OHLE work ongoing –handover from civils teams to systems team (excavations complete). Road and Bridge works: East: • Ongoing utilities and road resurfacing on Normanby Road Bridge. Normanby Road Bridge expected to open to vehicles in mid-December • Continue to regrade Boston Rd and Nugent St roundabout, switched the one way traffic from the South side to North on Boston Road East West: • Construction for Porters Avenue Bridge lifts and façade continues. Full opening scheduled in mid-December. • Streetscaping and landscaping on Porters Avenue and Fenton Street have started • Fenton Street Bridge install scheduled in late December
