Link Alliance Link Alliance is a consortium of seven companies, including City Rail Link Ltd. The team work together to deliver the biggest package of City Rail Link (CRL) works, which includes the tunnels, main stations, rail systems, and a redeveloped Maungawhau Station (Mt Eden).

Progressive Employment Programme • The Progressive Employment Programme (PEP) is designed to provide rangatahi (youth) between 16 - 24 years old, structured support and opportunities to develop skills that can lead to full, paid employment within the construction industry • The programme is a 16-week paid internship • Working hours are progressive, starting from 10 hours a week onsite and gradually increasing to 28 hours a week • The PEP provides mentoring and hands-on experience • On-the-job training is undertaken with full support. Every intern has a dedicated mentor, committed work manager, and pastoral caregiver 3
• Regular check-ins with interns are part of the PEP. These sessions provide interns an opportunity to reflect on personal goals alongside what is learnt onsite • The PEP offers rangatahi the chance to experience different roles within the CRL project. Participants are introduced to the wider Link Alliance team, and develop work and life skills designed to stay with them for years to come
