Waitematā Station Plaza & Tyler Street Upgrade –Construction Update

• The section of Tyler Street between Commerce Street and Te Komititanga is for access by authorised vehicles only. The street will be narrower at times during construction, so vehicle access is limited to residents, tenants and deliveries to businesses in Waitematā Station, Endeans Building, 152 Quay Street and 148 Quay Street.

• Increased enforcement of parking on Tyler Street has been implemented to help resolve illegal parking and provide easier access to 152 Quay Street and Endeans Building.

• Working hours are generally 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and 7am to late afternoon on Saturday (if required).

• For any construction related queries, please contact Sally LoganSally.Logan@jfcltd.co.nz or 021 420 794.
