Small Business Support Programme update and next steps • Small Business Support Programme available, developed with the support of Heart of the City and Karangahape Road Business Association.
• External engagement specialist, William Keung, provides independent, individualised, free, accessible support and specialist services – and access to funding.
• Evaluation of first year and implementation of recommendations – including increasing amount to $3000 and very positive feedback about William’s support.

The Requiring Authority shall prepare an annual report on the identification, monitoring, evaluation and management of the effects outlined in the Social Impact and Business Disruption DWP together with a summary of matters raised by the community, and how these have been responded to. The report shall be presented to the Community Liaison Groups.

Statistics – Complaints register For the current reporting period 1 January 2021 until 28 February 2022 there were a total of 159 complaints recorded. Complaint = An expression of dissatisfaction about an issue that requires corrective action that is within the scope of the Link Alliance.
