TERMS AND CONDITIONS BROCHURE INFORMATION Validity: 01 January to 31 December 2013. All prices indicated in this brochure are stated in AUD, on a per person basis, and based on exchange rates as at 15 July 2012. Prices are subject to change in the event of exchange rate fluctuations or increases in supplier costs outside the control of Beyond Travel. However, no surcharges will apply once final payment has been received. HOW TO BOOK To book any cruise in this brochure, please contact your preferred travel agent or Beyond Travel. DEPOSITS & BALANCE DUE To secure a cruise booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the cruise price will be required within 7 days upon receipt of confirmation invoice. The final balance is due 90 days prior to cruise departure. If full payment is not received on time, the booking may be treated as cancelled and subject to applicable cancellation fees. PAYMENT Payment may be made by cheque, direct deposit or credit card: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A merchant fee of 1% + GST will be charged for payments made by Visa and MasterCard and 3% + GST for American Express. Refunds: no refund is available for cancellations once travel arrangements have commenced or “no-shows” due to personal negligence or choice. Beyond Travel does not authorise any overseas supplier or hotel to promise refunds on our behalf. All claims for refunds or reimbursements must be received in writing within 3 weeks from the date the service was provided.

DISCOVER MORE TRAVEL CREDITS Discover More Travel Credits can be used for any additional Beyond Travel service featured in our four Beyond Travel brochures. Credit amounts vary by cruise and solo travellers receive 50% of the per couple amount. The credit expires 31 December 2013 with additional services booked and outstanding payments made by this date. The credit is not combinable with any other offer and is invalid if the tour for which it was issued is cancelled. Discover More Travel Credits have no cash value and refunds will not be given on unused amounts. DOCUMENTATION Cruise documents are normally forwarded to you or your travel agent approximately 4 weeks before commencement of your cruise. If you are departing Australia or New Zealand more than 4 weeks before joining your cruise, please advise Beyond Travel or your travel agent at the time of booking. While all efforts will be made to provide you with all documents before your departure, it may be necessary to courier documents at your expense to an overseas address. PASSPORTS & VISAS Australian and New Zealand citizens must hold a current passport which must be valid for at least six months after your departure. It is the responsibility of the individual to obtain the required visas prior to departure. Failure to do so which results in the need to cancel travel arrangements will incur normal cancellation penalties. SPECIAL CONDITIONS In case of floods or low water levels, our cruise partners reserve the right to amend the itineraries as stated in this brochure if it is deemed necessary to do so for the enjoyment, safety or other consideration of the guests. If a re-routing or change occurs, Beyond Travel and its principal will cover the cost of the substituted services within the dates of the particular cruise. If re-routing, change of airline or other transport schedules or other circumstances result in additional hotel nights, meal or other services, these additional services is the responsibility of the passenger. ACTS OF GOD, STRIKE, OR OTHER CONDITIONS BEYOND CONTROL Neither Beyond Travel nor our cruise partners shall be liable for delay or inability to perform any condition in this brochure caused by strikes, lockout or labour difficulties, explosion, fire, collision, breakdown or damage to the vessel or its hull or machinery, civil commotion, riot, insurrection, war, government restraint, requisitioning of the vessel, political disturbance, acts or threats of terrorism, Acts of God, or other circumstances beyond control, including floods and low water levels. INSURANCE We strongly recommend that you carry comprehensive travel insurance which covers cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or those beyond your control. Please ask your travel agent or a Beyond Travel consultant for a choice of policies. RESPONSIBILITY Beyond Travel Group Pty Ltd trading as Beyond Travel is an intermediary and acts only in the capacity of agent for the guests in all matters of transportation, tour and cruise operations and other services. All receipts, tickets or vouchers are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which services are provided. Beyond Travel assumes no responsibility for loss, injury, accident, delay, damage or irregularity that may be caused to person or property, however caused or arising during any tour under its management, sponsorship or procurement. Travellers acknowledge that reasonable changes may be made, and it is the responsibility of the guests to make sure that they are in possession of the proper travel documents. The issuance and acceptance of receipts, tickets, or vouchers shall be deemed consent to the above conditions.
