Trump Pastor ‘Freedom’ To Reject Gay Customers By Michelle Brooks

Donald Trump’s inauguration preacher Franklin Graham has insisted that Christians should have the right to discriminate against gay people. In January, Christian evangelist Franklin Graham was controversially invited to preach to millions by Donald Trump at his Presidential inauguration. But once again the pastor has demonstrated why no sensible politician would go near him with a barge pole.

He said: “Many who had never heard of the film Moonlight, which received best picture, have heard of it now. From the reviews I have read, Moonlight portrays a young gay African American coming of age and it stereotypes him as violent, a drug dealer, and a convict.”

He created us male and female. No matter how much MTV or others want to change or redefine it, they’re never going to change the fact that God made us male and female.”

The sinister comments are hardly new ground for Graham. In a 2015 interview with a Russian newspaper, Graham “Hollywood is notorious for praised Vladimir Putin’s support glorifying sin. Smoking Pot May Help Prevent Cognitive Decline In People With HIV Dr. Jennifer Davis

This theory derives from a small study investigating the relationship between THC, a key chemical in marijuana, and markers of the sort of inflammation associated with HIV-related cognitive decline.

This paper suggests that THC acts as an anti-inflammatory agent. Much more extensive research is needed to further investigate THC’s role in inflammation among HIVpositive individuals and how this component of marijuana may thus affect the trajectory of cognitive function over time. As with any medications consult with your physician prior to taking any new medications and/or changes with your HIV treatment plans. Pot has become legal in many states.

Publishing their findings in the journal AIDS, researchers studied blood samples from 40 people with HIV who reported whether they smoked pot. Isolating the white blood cells from the samples and studying THC’s effect on them in laboratory experiments, the study authors found that the

there. I’ve talked to parents all over the country who have children who identify as gay before the age of 12. We aren’t the biggest group around, but we’re growing. One of the most common laments I hear is about the lack of a support place to call home. A lot of us have tried PFLAG but received the blank stares that we’ve become so familiar with. “A gay kid in grade school?” we’re asked. “Really?” (I even got referred to my own blog for support, which, I have to admit, was pretty amusing.) And we’ve all experienced the disappointment of seeing something advertised as being for gay families only to learn that they didn’t mean us. Despite that, when the media, politicians, or right-wingers start talking about “gay families,” I put my family in that group. My husband and I are fierce supporters of equal marriage and equal rights for LGBT people. We are concerned about bullying in schools and passive (and active) homophobia. We don’t want to support companies that give money to hate groups. My husband and I did and thought all these things before we ever had kids. But now that we have a son who identifies as gay, we are more immediate and intense about all these issues. That is my son who they are saying does not deserve equal rights under the law. That is my child whom they are calling all those nasty names. And to those who think that my baby boy needs to be fixed: Fuck you. My kid is perfect just they way he is. So, yeah, I definitely consider us a gay family. My son is gay. We are a family. Attack my son and

toward making a better future for our kids. We need to speak out and let everyone know that we are here. We need to fight with all those former gay kids who are now gay adults. If we do that, then maybe someday soon we won’t have to think about what is a “gay family.” We will all just be a family. No adjectives needed. you are attacking me.

Florida Proposes Anti-LGBT ‘License To Discriminate’ Law By Jason Miller

The US state of Florida could be getting its own brand-new law allowing businesses to discriminate based on sexual orientation. Trump-supporting Republican Florida state Representative Jay Fant has introduced the ‘Free Enterprise Protection Act’, which would allow businesses to discriminate against LGBT people.

dissipates into the atmosphere. The reason for the extra paperwork for cremation is the FINALITY of cremation. If a person is buried in a wrong spot, that is fixable. If a person is cremated and then later there are regrets about it, that is irreversible. Therefore, it is necessary to make sure the survivors understand what is being done, and the chain of custody is established. The cremated remains will be turned over to someone and that needs to be established and agreed upon if not in a written document done on a predeath basis by the deceased. When dealing with an unexpected death in the family, how can one feel confident choosing the right funeral home? The best way to know that is to talk to friends and relatives in the town involved. Ask relative questions and the call or visit that funeral home to not just see the facilities, but to meet the staff and feel their empathy, professionalism, costs, and ability to impress upon you their desire to meet your needs and to care about you and your family. There have been so many changes in the funeral industry in the past few years and new funeral and cremation providers have opened up. Check them out. You may find that it is very possible to get the kind of service you desire from a less well known firm for less financial burden and receive the extremely personal service you are looking for. How do I go about planning my own funeral arrangements? Planning your own funeral arrangements is not a complicated procedure. Very

simply there are two ways, prearranging and prepaying. PREARRANGING Obtaining a Personal Planning Guide from us at Naugle Funeral Guide. This guide is a detailed explanation of assets, survivors, church affiliation, and your wishes as far as funeral, cremation, type of casket, where service is to take place, music, food, flowers, etc. This can be as simple or as complete as you wish it to be. Then, I would make copies and make sure that you bring one to put in our file and others should be given to people who would carry out those directions and fulfil your wishes. Don’t put it in your safe deposit box, because no one can get into it. PREPAYING This has become a very popular and smart thing to do over the past few decades. Most prepaid plans have an insurance instrument with them, offering extra protection to the family. First off, a prepaid arrangement takes care of the financial burden of the ever increasing cost of funeral and cremation services by Freezing the cost. Secondly, the insurance instrument allows for the unpaid balance of prepaid contract to be paid by insurance as long as certain health questions fit the requirements of the insurance company. What is the cost of cremation vs. an actual funeral where the body is embalmed and displayed for visitation? At both Naugle Funeral Homes, we offer a simple cremation for 895.00, a cremation with embalming, viewing, a funeral service followed by cremation for $4265.00. A traditional can be purchased at Naugle Funeral Homes, with

embalming, visitation, and a casket for as little as 4395.00. We pride ourselves in making sure that our services offer quality, professionalism, caring, while at the same time, being very affordable. Do you have any special procedures or issues with HIV positive bodies? NO In the funeral industry, as in healthcare, we practice what is referred to as UNIVERSAL PRECAUTIONS. Universal precautions refer to the practice, if avoiding contact with patients' bodily fluids, by means of the wearing of nonporous articles such as medical gloves, goggles, and face shields. The practice was introduced in 1985–88. In 1987, the practice of universal precautions was adjusted by a set of rules known as body substance isolation. In 1996, both practices were replaced by the latest approach known as standard precautions. Use of personal protective equipment is now recommended in all health settings.
