At Fairview, we specialize in new custom homes as well as remodeling existing dwellings for residents throughout Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina. With an office on Highway 11, we are right in the middle of the seven Cliffs communities and are just a short drive away from downtown Greenville, the Reserve at Keowee, Asheville, and the other communities where our customers live. Our product is truly custom and our goal is for each client to have a home not replicated elsewhere- even if the purpose of the project is to help you in selling your home! To achieve this, Fairview partners with several of the region’s top architects as well as with nationally recognized interior designers. Our collaboration has produced numerous state and local awards for projects ranging from small renovations to grand new homes. We understand that the anticipated level of investment in each project is different and building a new home or renovating an existing one is a significant factor in balancing one’s desired lifestyles with financial and retirement goals. We’ve been there ourselves and we don’t take it for granted! Through our turnkey contract covering design through landscaping – we are your one stop team.
