Residents have been extremely accommodating of the building process. “Our goal is to maintain everyone’s quality of life while construction occurs around them,” Dudasko says, noting that SYS has gone above and beyond to keep noise, construction debris and other disruptions to the absolute minimum. “Safety and cleanliness have been a priority.” Rolling Green Village offers a variety of independent living options: six neighborhoods of individual patio homes with one to three bedrooms as well as apartments with choices ranging from studios and efficiencies to spacious two- and three-bedroom layouts. Also available, if needed, are assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing services. The vibrant campus enjoys a pastoral setting complete with lakes, woodlands and wildflower patches.
