s it dining on a gourmet meal that you created yourself, or feasting slowly on a piece of dark chocolate and sipping red wine? Maybe it’s running a 5k or taking a spin on the Swamp Rabbit Trail with your family. It could be planting a vibrant flower garden in the front yard, or simply potting up some herbs for your windowsill. Happiness comes in a million forms. The Upstate Spice of Life Show is the product of two years of planning a happy lifestyle experience. You’ll find scores of exhibits spotlighting products to improve your health, enhance your home and add zest to your daily routine. With multiple stages and demonstration areas, you’ll learn from our community of experts how to enrich your life through cooking, entertaining, health & wellness, fitness, and green living. You’ll sample delectable treats and maybe even try out a hula hoop (again!). On Friday, April 29 and Saturday, April 30, you’ll discover how you can become your best self through good food choices, balance and overall health and wellness. Come shop, sample and experience. Come explore what makes you happy at the Upstate Spice of Life Show!
