Online Club Meetings + Events

Internship Update

Hey Key Clubbers! As of January 6th, 2022, we will be switching to online events + meetings! Throughout the fall months of October, November, and early December, we were able to host in-person club meetings due to relatively low COVID cases. However, as infection rates soar, we have collectively decided to move all events + meetings online.

At Carlmont Key Club, we will be hosting an intership program before the next term begins in order to help YOU decide which position to run for! The program has been postponed until the month of January to line up with club elections.

WEEK homecoming

Junior The first dance of the year, Monster Mash, was filled with energy and liveliness. Carlmont Key Club had the opportunity to sell boba to students who were dressed in festive costumes. We have a variety of milk tea boba and peach green tea. As the night progressed with dancing and singing along with popular songs, students were eager to get a cup of boba. It was thrilling to participate in such a high spirited event.

Senior On October 8th, Carlmont High School continued its boba fundraising tradition at the football game for the first time after the pandemic. The boba booth was settled behind the football gate entrance between 5-8:30pm. Two flavors were offered: black milk tea, and peach green tea. With the football cheers in the background, I promoted our boba along with two other members. The boba fundraiser provided a special experience for further involvement in our club and school. The boba also added on to the overall fun atmosphere of football games. In addition, Carlmont Key Club received a $399 net donation from this fundraiser. I like this fundraiser because it combines a fun event for entertainment with the intention of fundraising.
