ContinuED SESSION: PROFESSOR STEVE DAVIS - WHAT GOOD IS A LIBERAL ARTS COLLEGE?

Kravis 102 Steve Davis, the Russell K. Pitzer Professor of Philosophy will lead a talk on the liberal arts in CMC’s history. What is a liberal arts college? Do such colleges perform any useful functions in this day and age when students (and their parents) are very much vocationally motivated? What role does CMC play in the equation?

Roberts North 15 Claremont Women In Business is a preprofessional organization aimed to connect and empower career-driven women through a community of collaboration, mentorship, and development. Join us for CWIB Tank: A Shark Tank style product/idea pitch competition aimed at creatively solving problems that college students face today.
