IMPORTANT INFORMATION
CHECK-IN
Upon arriving on campus Friday–Sunday, please report to the Alumni Club at Kravis Center. Here you will check in to receive your name badge and wristband, which will provide access to events throughout the weekend.
Please note that you must wear both while on campus.
ALUMNI CLUB
Located at Kravis Center, the Alumni Club is home base for the weekend’s various activities and provides a number of amenities. These include the alumni lounge, snack and beverage stations, and the registration and information desk. We kindly request that a shirt and shoes be worn at all times in the Alumni Club.
Alumni Club Hours Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
PARKING
Parking is available in the lots east of Bauer Center (enter campus at Claremont Blvd. and 9th Street), the Biszantz Family Tennis Center, and the Children’s School. Alumni may park in campus spaces marked for faculty/staff during the weekend. (Overnight parking is not permitted on city streets.)
SHUTTLES
If you’re staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Claremont, a complimentary shuttle will take you to and from campus. The shuttle schedule can be found on the back of the Survival Guide and Welcome Book.

HOST HOTEL
The DoubleTree by Hilton Claremont is located at 555 W. Foothill Blvd. The hotel lounge will be open Friday and Saturday until 1:00 a.m. for off-campus socializing!
ATTIRE, ETC.
Daytime events and the Friday evening dinner are casual; cocktail attire is requested for class dinners and Monte Carlo (some class dinners are held outside, please dress accordingly). None of the events are black tie...unless you feel so inclined! Sunblock is a good idea.
WEATHER
Late April in Claremont usually means warm days and cool (if not downright cold) evenings; be prepared for a flux in temperatures. Check your favorite forecast for the latest updates and news.
GETTING TO CAMPUS
From I-10 East or West: Exit at Monte Vista and go north. Continue to Arrow Highway and turn left. Turn right at Claremont Blvd. and then left at 6th or 9th St.
From CA-210 East or West: Exit at Baseline and go west. Turn left (south) at Monte Vista. Turn right at Claremont Blvd. Continue south past Foothill and turn right at 6th or 9th St.
ROBERTS PAVILION
The Fitness Center at Roberts Pavilion is open to all credentialed Alumni Weekend guests during the hours listed below. Waiver
Required. Avaliable at front desk upon entry.

STUDENT EVENTS
Please note that some student events hosted during Alumni Weekend are by invitation only. If the event isn’t listed on the Alumni Weekend schedule, it is not open to alumni guests.
SPECIAL NEEDS
Wheelchair access is available at all Alumni Weekend events and at nearby restrooms. College staff will be available at the registration desk in the Alumni Club to provide direction or answer questions.
Please Note: Claremont McKenna College is unable to provide wheelchairs for guest use or provide transportation for guests requiring extra assistance.
