A STUDY OF THE DALLAS skyline SPARKED the IDEA of guided views towards the reunion tower and jfk memorial.

WORTHINGTON BANK PROJECT: KINETIC FURNITURE PIECE SOFTWARE: SKETCHUP, AUTOCAD, AND PHOTOSHOP OVERVIEW: THIS PROJECT WAS APPROACHED FROM A PRESERVATIONIST PERSPECTIVE, REVEALING HISTORICALLY SIGNIFICANT AREAS AS ONE MOVES THROUGH THE SPACE.

THIS DESKING SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO SUPPORT THE MEZZANINE FLOOR. IT IS COMPRISED OF LIGHT WEIGHT CAST STONE WITH FROSTED GLASS PANELS FOR ACOUSTICAL PRIVACY. THE DESKING SYSTEM HAS A CENTER CHANNEL DESIGNED FOR RUNNING HVAC AND ELECTRICAL. THE VENTILATION SLOTS AND OUTLETS ARE DISCRETELY HIDDEN IN THE INNER WALLS. SECTION

WHEN CONSIDERING THE REHABILITATION OF THE BANK, CHANGES TO ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS WITH HISTORIC SIGNIFICANCE WERE RETAINED AND PRESERVED.

FACADE F R A G M E N T PROJECT TIME: COMPLETED IN TWO DAYS SOFTWARE: REVIT AND PHOTOSHOP OVERVIEW: SIGHTLINES, BALCONIES, AND AIR FLOW CREATE A LIGHT AND OPEN SPACE. THE OBJECTIVE WAS TO CREATE A FACADE FOR A FRAGMENT OF A BUILDING. FOR THE FACADE, CUSTOM CURTAIN WALLS, AND SYSTEMS SYSTEMS AS WELL AS CUSTOM MULLION PROFILES AND SYSTEM PANELS CONTRIBUTE TO THE FINAL DESIGN.
