INGREDIENTS: 5 cold pork hands 4 tomatoes 5 peppers 2 onions 3 cloves of garlic Olive sunflower Parsley and salt


DIRECTIONS First, cut the pork hands in half. Then, boil with water and salt. After that, im a pot, fry the onions, tomatoes and peppers. Then, add the pork hands stock and boil 10 minutes Finally, cover the hands with the sauce and boil 10 minutes more.
