VIBE is the brand of urban music and lifestyle.


Insight VIBE was resurrected by a team of media veterans including original VIBE founders, Len Burnett and Bob Miller, also owners of Uptown Media Group; a media brand reaching over 1MM affluent African Americans through print, online and offline events.

VIBE’s team is vested in the community and has decades of media, marketing and advertising experience specifically to the youth and urban markets. VIBE is based in Harlem, New York.

Evolution of VIBE As the voice and authority in urban culture has been the ever changing face of music, celebrities and lifestyle for over 15 years. In 2010, Vibe was resurrected online, furthering the qualitative editorial voice and aggregating content from hand chosen partners who reach passionate urban individuals and report on what matters to them most.
