Technical Team

Takes care of the critical path from concept through to delivery with quality assurance. Role oversees all administration for this process, including coordination of all shipping and freight schedules.

Responsibilities include creating/ visualizing an idea and making a sketch by hand or computer aided design.

Involves monitoring samples, placing orders and keeping factories updated on sales, required deadlines and working closely to solve problems that may arise.

Keeping up-to-date with emerging fashion trends, networking closely with sales, buying and production teams to ensure the item complements other products. Negotiating with customers and suppliers and overseeing production.


Marketing Team

Customer Service

Creating all season printed marketing materials, ensuring all product communicates brand values throughout range of digital media, online and offline. Manages and leads PR activity.

Works for the satisfaction of customer needs by managing and dealing with customers directly. Staff has daily tasks including, working arrangement, training, and development programs.

Human Resources Responsibles include handling day-to-day issues, developing new strategies, policies, and procedures to insure the business is line with legislative changes.
