WE’RE WITH THE BAND LJC assisted in the design of Bandwith Chicago, a new center for youth music education that will establish the organization’s identity within the city and provide access to programming for the community and support youth growth. The project is being built by Bulley & Andrews.
¡ MUY CALIENTE! The new prototype, designed by CESO Inc., for a confidential e-commerce client is an impressive 2.6 million-square-foot facility with over 450 dock positions. It incorporates cutting-edge technology to reduce carbon emissions in concrete and features a modern, sustainable mass timber office space, aligning with the company’s sustainability goals. Developed by Seefried Industrial, this project is located in the California desert, where temperatures can sometimes exceed 110 degrees!
