We offer a wide range of portable ramping solutions, perfect for use in and around the home as well as when loading scooters and wheelchairs into and out of vehicles. These ramps are ideal for storing in your car boot or other places for quick access and are all easily transportable making them perfect for travel.

These ramps provide a broad stable platform and are great value for money. They are made from aluminium and have a machined surface for greater traction. They fold easily to reduce the size of the ramps for transportation.

Flexiloc is a flexible modular system where ramps are created using tough polyurethane tiles. The tiles interlock to form ramps of any size and proportions, they provide a surface with plenty of grip and some "give" so it is more comfortable to travel on than conventional surfaces.

Sizing It's important that your chair is the right size for you. Many chairs in our range come in different sizes so you are fully supported in your new chair.

Batteries & Chargers

Whilst they add an attractive distinction to the chair they also serve as helpful a helpful grip when standing or sitting.

Batteries are the lifeblood of your scooter or powerchair. For greater resilience and longer life spans, Clearwell recommends using GEL technology batteries. Normal acid based batteries suffer from sulphation when left discharged which reduces the life of the battery. This doesn’t happen with GEL batteries. GEL batteries also perform better in colder weather conditions and are more resilient to heavy use. GEL batteries can achieve a cycle life of over 600 cycles compared to 200-300 cycles on a normal lead acid battery.

Reclining Actions Riser Recliners have either single or dual motors. Single motor chairs have one motor controlling the reclining action so the footrest and backrest move together.

Please note that all scooters operate a 24v circuit and hence require 2 batteries. We are able to offer VAT free pricing on batteries where these items are fitted by our engineers to a qualifying product (eg scooter).

Tyres & Tubes We stock a wide range of replacement tyres and tubes to fit most scooters. We also sell puncture proof solid rubber tyres, which are a good option where you have experienced persistent punctures and want complete peace of mind. We offer puncture repair and tyre fitting services to local customers. Prices below exclude fitting. We are able to offer VAT free pricing on tyres and tubes where these items are fitted by our engineers to a qualifying product (eg scooter).
