The upheaval caused by the pandemic has made life particularly difficult and worrying for our customers. It has also posed significant challenges to every business but I am pleased to say that despite all the difficulties we have faced, we have continued to be there for our customers- not missing a single day since the lockdown started. Our tripod ferrule offers greater support and traction than a normal ferrule, as well as allowing your walking stick to stand upright unaided.

Wheelchair Powerpack

This heavy duty pushing aid drives any wheelchair forward with ease. Unlike other power aids, it also provides braking too. The unit is easily dismantled and can be loaded in the car boot. It has a range of up to 8 miles.

These powerpacks attach to most wheelchairs to provide powered forward and backwards movement without the need to push. Reclining Actions

There are a variety of backrest options to choose from when purchasing your new Riser Recliner. Each backrest type offers a different function or support style so you can find the perfect fit for you.

Riser Recliners have either single or dual motors. Single motor chairs have one motor controlling the reclining action so the footrest and backrest move together.

Sizing It's important that your chair is the right size for you. Many chairs in our range come in different sizes so you are fully supported in your new chair. Sizing displayed states the size of the seat, not the size of the overall product.

Dual motor chairs allow you to control the footrest separately to the backrest. Dual motor is best where you want to sit upright with your legs raised or where you want to lie flat out.

Measuring for Comfort Prolonged sitting in a chair that is a poor fit, can lead to a range of issues from back pain and increased fatigue to painful pressure sores. That’s why it’s important to our team of experts that we find the right chair for your needs and measurements.

We offer regular servicing and also provide loan products if we are unable to fix yours while it is in the warranty period. We also guarantee parts availability for 5 years.

Delivery (Smaller Items) We hold stocks of all the items featured in this brochure at our distribution centre and we offer 2 delivery services. Our Express Delivery service prioritises your order over standard shipments and is sent on a next working day delivery service (orders received before 3pm, Monday - Thursday). Our Standard Delivery service normally takes 3-5 working days for delivery. Our distribution centre is closed at weekends and bank holidays and therefore we do not dispatch on those days. We use a range of national couriers and Royal Mail to deliver your order. The delivery may take place at any time during the working day and unfortunately, we cannot request specific times. The package must be signed for.

Non Mainland Charges For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highland & Islands and Scilly Isles there is a surcharge of £10 and we can only offer our standard delivery (3-6 days). For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland there is a charge of £13 and we can only offer standard delivery (3-6 days).

Cancellation and Returns Policy If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery excluding products ordered to your specification. To do this, please call, email or write to us. If you cancel, you must return the goods with the original packaging to us at your own expense. For bulky items, we offer a chargeable collection service. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. We are unable to accept returned goods unless they are undamaged, unused and in a saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. This policy does not apply to the following goods for hygiene reasons: mattresses, pillows, incontinence products, underwear, urinals and bed pans. Delivery (Larger Items) All larger, motorised products are delivered by our in-house delivery teams. In order to provide responsive after sales care, we limit the sale of these items to an area of approximately 60 miles from our distribution centre in West Sussex. The table opposite sets out the delivery postcodes for these items. We are not able to deliver Home Delivery items outside of these areas. Delivery on all Large Home Delivery items is free and lead times vary from a few days to a few weeks. Please note that where an assessment or survey is required this will need to be completed prior to placing your order. To arrange a FREE home assessment, please call your local showroom.
