Customer signs up with AirHelp and allows: 1) You to send email address and name to AirHelp 2) AirHelp to contact them 3) AirHelp to claim compensation on their behalf for all historic and future flights booked via yourselves by signing an electronically POA
Customer receives claim status emails and can also view status on airhelp.eu
Legal documents are prepared and claim is sent to airline
