Welcome
from the Headteacher
Enfield County School for Girls is a culturally diverse community, which enriches the life of the school and makes it a vibrant and exciting place to learn. Our aim is for your daughter to have an outstanding education, which will equip her with resilience to deal with the demands of life to enable her to take her place in society as a well-educated, confident, caring and compassionate young woman. We have high expectations of all our students, including excellent standards of behaviour and presentation both in and outside of school.
I believe this to be crucial to a successful learning environment and to the positive image of our school and the students who attend it in the wider community. I am very proud to be Headteacher of our school and look forward to working in partnership with you. I would encourage you to visit our school to see and experience for yourself how wonderful it is.
Jennifer Gumbrell, Headteacher
