Spring 2012 Volume 3, Issue 1
Spring Tip Plan summer projects early in the year. The planning process can take time so it makes sense to begin consultations in winter or early spring when most builders and landscapers are less busy. Time allows for the consideration of options and details you might not contemplate under a more constrained timeline.

A Decade of Change. With 24 years in the building business behind me, the 10th anniversary of my company has rolled around and it’s hard to believe. It certainly has not been easy at times, but I have enjoyed working with clients to realize their building and renovation dreams. I feel like we have an excellent team in place, and I owe a great deal to my staff for their conscientious hard work. We took a day to celebrate the company anniversary by visiting two Frank Lloyd Wright houses in New York State. Inspiring to say the least! Looking forward to the next ten years of building solid relationships with new clients and more with the familiar faces. Rory
This grand old home in Stratford was treated to a new addition on the back and a kitchen renovation. A large porch with stone pillars and detailing to mimic the original front porch stretches the indoor breakfast area space to the exterior for entertaining. When I recently asked the client if they have discovered anything they would do differently next time they replied "it's never come up!"
