Treatment: Conventional treatment consists of regulation of diet, insulin or other oral medicine, exercise and hygienic measures (like mouth and skin care). With this, one can lead a normal life. Asanas Kriyas Neti, Vaman or Vastra dhauti, Kapalbhati, Nauli and Agnisara. Pranayama: Anulom-Vilom, Ujjayi, Bhramari (minimum 10 rounds of each). Om recitation: (10 rounds or more). Meditation: (10 to 20 minutes).
