DEVELOP PROJECTS:
IDENTIFY VACANT LOTS:
TARGET VACANT AND/OR CLEAN SLATE SITES WITHIN THE CRA BOUNDARIES. DEVELOP PROGRAMS THAT WILL ATTRACT DEVELOPERS AND IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE PUBLIC SECTOR GENERATE PUBLIC ENGAGEMING SPACES WITHIN THE NEW DEVELOPMENTS. AT THIS PHASE THE ANALYSIS CONSIST OF INDENTIFYING CRUCIAL POINTS THAT WOULD AID IN THE PURSUE OF GROWTH.
THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS OF THE NEW DEVELOPMENTS STARTS. THE IDEA OF CONSTRUCTING ON CLEAN SITES IS TO NOT BE INTRUSIVE OF THE EXISTING CONDITIONS. BY CONSENTRATING ON SINGLE VACAN LOTS THE NOISY CONSTRUCTION PROCESS CAN BE HELD IN CENTRALIZED MANNER, WITHOUT OBSTRUCTING THE DAILY BASIS OF THE ADJACENT INHABITANTS. LIGHTING STREET FURNITURE

PROGRESSIVELY REVITALIZING EXISTING BUILDINGS ADJACENT TO THE NEW DEVELOPMENT. IN A SPREAD-OUT A MANNER THE NEW DEVELOPMENT WOULD SET THE ARCHITECTURAL AND THE URBAN CHARACTER DESIRE. THE AIM IS TO GENERATE A SMOOTH TRANSITION AND AN OPPORTUNITY FOR EXISTING BUILDINGS TO BE UPDATED. FACADE TREATMENT AND REMODELING TECHNIQUES WILL BE UTILIZE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STAKEHOLDER NEEDS AND WITH THE DESIGN GUIDELINES.

GENERATE AN ANLYSIS THAT WOULD ADDRESS CRUCIAL POINTS WITHIN THE CRA BOUNDARIES, IN REGARDS TO ITS STREET LIFE. PROMOTE FUND RAISING STRATEGIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE STREETSCAPE, AND COORDINATE WITH BUSINESS OWNER’S AND STAKEHOLDERS TO FULFILL THEIR NEEDS. ACCOMODATE ALTERNATIVE FOR PUBLIC USES WHILE CONSTRUCTION IN PROGRESS.
STREET SCAPE REJUVENATION:
IN ORDER TO GENERATE A PLEASANT URBAN ENVIRONMENT IT IS IMPERATIVE TO ADDRESS ITS REALM. THIS STAGE WILL HAPPEN PARALLEL TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NEW ENTITIES. THE AIM IS TO START INCOPORATING SMALL URBAN DETAILS, SUCH AS, LIGHTING, STREET FURNITURE, AND VEGETATION AS ELEMENTS OF THE WHOLE.
