After studying at the School of Architecture and Urban Design for the past five years, I am seeking to align myself with a firm that is poised for growth in domestic and international project expertise. I take pride in my work and continue desire to excel in this industry which makes me uniquely qualified for this position. Working in architecture and urban design studios has sharpened my ability to a complex set of project requirements, while working extra hard to understand both the sociological and environmental conditions. Taking advantage of my experience in design, planning, and graphics in academia, I am seeking an opportunity where I can continue developing my skills as a designer and become a more integral part of the entire architectural process. My goal is to find an opportunity where my abilities in critical thinking, design, planning, urban, and graphic acumen can benefit your company and my long-term growth.

Concept Plan for Downtown Opa-Locka - City of Opa-Locka, Florida This project will evaluate current social, economical and ecological conditions of Downtown Opa-Locka and generate a vision based on community, city, and private input. Provides community development support to Opa-Locka City Center CRA Plan by implementing design concept guidelines to improve the city's vision and provide comprehensive streetscape improvements, land use allotment, mobility systems, architectural features, and economic development mechanism through design. In 2030, the City will be a successful and financially stable full-service community that offers ample economic opportunities to residents, boasts a vibrant and distinctive Downtown and healthy neighborhoods, and provides excellent services and a great quality of life to residents, businesses and visitors.

Land Development Regulations - City of Opa-Locka, Florida This project involves an update to the existing zoning configuration of the City of Opa-Locka. Provides design guidelines to support The City of Opa-Locka
Land Development Regulations Rewrite by implementing graphical depictions to improve readability of the building form, setbacks, building heights, right-of-way, landscape, density levels, land uses, overhangs, parking and provide comprehensive visualization of zoning requirements. 9/2014 - Present
City of Doral Transit Mobility Plan - Doral, Florida This study will evaluate current transportation in Doral to assist the city in improving mobility, and will include an assessment of existing projects and future needs, development of projects, and an implementation plan. Provides graphical support to Doral Transit Mobility Plan by implementing proposed mobility upgrades on map sheets to improve the city's comprehension of future needs, project cost charts, trolley routes, express bus lanes, shared-off road paths, crosswalk stripping, bus shelter installations, pedestrian islands, ADA compliance, bicycle signalization programs, bicycle rest areas, mid-block crossing and other road features with an implementation plan.

Downtown North Miami Parking Study - City of North Miami, Florida

This study will evaluate current parking supply in Downtown North Miami to assist the city in improving long range parking capacity infrastructure, including an assessment of existing conditions and future needs, development of projects, priorities, estimated cost, supply and demand forecast, and an implementation plan. This Parking Study has been prepared, based on and as a supplemental report to the Illustrative Concept Plan for Downtown, the Downtown Development and Major Corridor Master Plan, the Comprehensive Plan and allowances for development in the Downtown under the City's Existing Land Development Regulations. 6/2014 - Present
Downtown North Miami Concept Plan - City of North Miami, Florida This report evaluated the physical and sociological conditions in Downtown North Miami to assist the city in improving long range visions, and included an assessment of existing conditions and future needs, development of projects, priorities, estimated cost, key civic spaces, streetscape improvements, street furniture enhancements, land use composition, higher density forecast, lively community concept, mixed-use activities and provide a comprehensive visualization of based on a participatory input. The Concept Plan for Key Elements of the Downtown focused on generating ideas for strategic locations of redevelopment and civic improvement within the boundaries of the Downtown District (C-3), as recommended by the City’s Downtown Master Plan.
