2. Attendance- see attached sign in sheet 3. Minutes – Minutes were approved as read. 4. Treasurer’s Report – Balance on hand was $5,973.51 5. Committee Reports – a. Membership Committeei. Club over-night on Friday- Meet at CHS at 7 p.m. Bring snacks for the evening. We’ll be doing a service project for the CHS staff. The next day we’ll be going to Kiwanis One Day. 6. Unfinished Business – a. Key Leader Overview- Amazing and life changing. Totally worthwhile and definitely worth attending. b. District Convention recognition- Passed out certificate awards. c. Service Learning Records- Service hours have been turned in to the office, for those who have not received their records yet. d. Kiwanis Scholarship applicants- We had 3 of our members apply. e. Dinner of Talents- Flyer delivery sign ups.

CNH|KEY CLUB 7. New Business a. Kiwanis Board meeting report- Lillian reported on the events of the Kiwanis Board. They donated to Valley of the Moon and Alexander Valley Film Festival. Our Kiwanis Club is staying awesome. b. Kiwanis presentation on Thursday- Anyone who attended Key Leader and DCON needs to go to the Kiwanis meeting on Thursday and describe the highlights of each event. c. Kiwanis One Day- April 11th i. Farm Yard Feed- Sign ups taken for the event. ii. Fiddle Contest- Sign ups taken for event d. Dinner of Talents committee meeting- Monday, April 13th at 6:30 p.m. e. March for Babies- Penny Wars campaign. March for Babies walk is next week. i. Bake Sale for the cause next Wednesday f.
Ad for Kiwanis Mother’s Day Breakfast- Bailey Creager moved that we spend $200 on an ad for the Kiwanis Mother’s Day breakfast. It was seconded and passed.
