2. Attendance- see attached sign in sheet 3. Minutes – Minutes were approved as read. 4. Treasurer’s Report – Balance on hand was. $5,882.35 5. Unfinished Businessa. Club Video- The video was shown during the club meeting. Carmen also shared her experience about producing the video. b. Snack Zone Packs- Turn in your money, and take another one! c. Citrus Fair Parade- Gabby briefed us on her experience of handing out candy and singing the song. d. Dinner for Kiwanis- The pot luck with the Kiwanis went great and was much appreciated. e. Valentine Day sales- Was a limited success; thank you to all the members who contributed. 6. New Business a. Thursday’s Kiwanis meeting- Uziel and Yatziry will be attending the meeting. b. News articles for the club newsletter- Atziry briefed us on who is doing what article and refreshed us on the date they were due to Helen and Sue; which is this Friday! c. Division Leadership Team meeting- Will be a meeting on Sunday. Those interested in being on the team next year should attend, if possible. d. Next week’s activities-. i. Officers Training Day- Officer training is going to be switched to March.

ii. Donations in front of Ray’s- The donation table in front of Ray’s Food Place is cancelled. iii. Bake sale in front of Ray’s-. The bake sale in front of Ray’s is also being switched to March. iv. Board meeting-. The Board meeting will be held on the 29th of February at Starbucks at 5:45 p.m. v. Club meeting on Tuesday- The Club meeting next week will be a service session where our members will be playing “freerice.com”. Members are to bring their lunch to Room 5; eat and do a small amount of business. Then, everyone will go to Room 1 to play the game. e. Shine Day for February- Will be held on February 29th. 7.
