2. Attendance- see attached sign in sheet 3. Minutes – Minutes were approved as read. 4. Treasurer’s Report – Balance on hand was. $9,401.43 5. Unfinished Businessa. Club Video- Carmen briefed us on the theme and the categories that were in it. It will be shown at next week’s meeting. b. Snack Zone Packs- Turn in money and get more boxes. c. DCON Teacher Permission Forms- These are due today, please turn in to Sue. d. Dinner for the Kiwanis TONIGHT- Any and all members please bring food, especially if you signed up. e. Kiwanis exhibit help- Those members that went, thank you for your help! Be sure to signin on the sheet being passed around. f.
Valentine Day sales- We have decided to do first come first serve sales on Wednesday. Lillian agreed to do the sales table.
6. New Business a. Valentine Bake Sale on Thursday- Sign up! Those members who are attending to sell baked goods, refer to the sign-in sheet for specifics. Members who will be making baked goods bring them at 10 a.m.

b. Citrus Fair Parade on Saturday- Members who will be attending should wear all black. Sue will text everyone with location and time. c. Fun activity- Our club decided to do a couple of fun activities. Sarah Rose and Jessica, plus Carmen and Alyssa participated in “chubby bunny” contests. Carmen won by one. Then we held a staring contest, which Lillian won over second place, Yatziry. 7. Adjournment: 1:20p.m. Minutes Approved by Club President
