2. Attendance- see attached sign in sheet 3. Minutes – Minutes were dispensed with. 4. Treasurer’s Report – Treasurer’s Report was dispensed with. 5. Unfinished Businessa. Redwood Empire Food Bank Day & DCM- Be at the high school at 7:55 a.m. Bring extra clothes to change into after water games at the DCM. b. See’s candy sales- If anyone has See’s candies we need to sell them as soon as possible, and give to Mrs. Cummins. 6. New Business a. Kiwanis 4th of July event- Key Club will help the Kiwanis with games from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Also, try to get people to come to this event. Bring your families if they haven’t already put together plans for the day. b. PTP Fundraiser Day on July 9th- We planned to have items at a table in front of Ray’s and to take donations for the cause. We will need volunteers to make the items and to be at the table. c. Other PTP Fundraising- We will set up a table and ask for donations in front of Ray’s, several times over the summer. d. Executive Assistants- Lyndy Smith is interested. Officers were encouraged to approach other people.

e. Beach Clean-Up & DCM on July 23rd- We hope to have a number of members attend. f.
Club newsletter- Gaby has been working on it. Rose and Atziry still need to send things in to Gaby.
g. Club communication system- Remind 101, Facebook, individual text messages and Instagram are options. We need to work really hard this year to keep our members informed. h. July club meeting- it will be combined with the movie night on the 25th of July, at the City Park. Cost is $5. Money is being raised for PTP. Kiwanis is being invited. With $5 you can buy popcorn and a water. i.
July calendar- When calendar is complete Mrs. Cummins will send it out to all members.
