ii. Actual day of the even nt- A sign-up sheet was passed around d for 2-hour shifts starting at 9:30 9 a.m. and d going to 10 :30 p.m. Som me members are planning to be there the whole day. e. Board meeting- Willl be held on Tuesday, T Mayy 26th at lunch htime in the L Library. Luncch will be provided. f.
Buildeer’s Club Awaards Night- Iss being held oon Wednesdaay, May 27th aat 6:30 p.m. at the Washington Schooll cafeteria. We W took sign-upps for those w who plan to atttend.
g. What’ss happening this summer??- Maggie talkked about som me of our sum mmer division n-wide plans: on Saturday, June 13th we’’re doing a Reedwood Empiire Food Bankk day, and a D DCM. We’ll also a be doing a beach clean n-up, a Childrren’s Miracle Network craffts day, a trip to the Kiwanis Family House, the Macyy’s Shop for A Cause Dayy, a park clean-up and help at a oftball tournam ment in Napaa.
