2. Attendance- see attached sign in sheet 3. Minutes – Minutes were approved as read. 4. Treasurer’s Report- The balance on hand was $2805.90. 5. Committee Reports a. Diverse-A-Dish Dinner – Advertisements have been made and will be hung around town. Still working on placement ads. Thursday there is a committee meeting during lunch. We’ll have tickets to hand out. 6. Unfinished Business a. Dues- Hopefully, you have dues paid if you want to be a member and not a delinquent. Dues are now $15. b. Fall Rally- Doing registration for Fall Rally this afternoon. There is a mandatory meeting for Fall Rally attendees at lunchtime on Friday in Room 7. We’ll also work on spirit gear after school on Friday. c. Kiwanis Marathon- They need members to help with the morning stations and afternoon tear-down times. Mr. Carter, from the Kiwanis Club spoke about the marathon and shared details. d. PTP in front of Ray’s- We need members to take a shift this week. They funded $250 on Sunday and Monday. Anyone still needing to fulfill their hours for Fall Rally should sign up for either Wednesday or Friday.

e. See’s candy sales- Thomas has been selling lollipops and he sold them all very easily. All sucker money should be turned in by next week. f.
Kiwanis meeting attendance- Angie, and Andreina will be going this week.
7. New Business a. Board meeting- having a meeting on Monday, October 24th and anyone is welcome to come. b. Club newsletter- Gaby has finished the newsletter. There have been some complications due to computer breakdowns, but newsletter should be available to members later today. 8.
