2. Attendance- see attached sign in sheet 3. Minutes – Minutes were approved as read. 4. Treasurer’s Report- The balance on hand was $ 2,713.61 5. Unfinished Business a. Dues- Important to pay for insurance coverage to attend events outside Cloverdale. $10 dollars until October 11th. b. Kiwanis Board meeting- Helen and Rose attended.
They gave a report on Kiwanis
activities. c. Senior Center Pancake Breakfast- Key Clubbers helped with clean up and had fun! d. Division Leadership Team meeting- Rose and Helen attended. The biggest division event coming up is the Region Training Conference. e. Special Board meeting- Is being held, today, at 5:45 at Starbucks. f.
Attending Kiwanis meetings- Cristina will attend in addition to Jessica and Alyssa, who were already signed up.
g. Selling See’s candy- We took sign-ups to fundraise for earning Key Club Bucks to attend events. h. Kiwanis DCM- Is being held on Saturday the 17th. Meet at CHS; we’re leaving around 8 a.m. and coming back at 2 p.m.

Bi-National Health Fair- We need more members to help and bilingual ones are needed, too!
6. New Business a. Region Training Conference- Is being held on Saturday, September 24th at Cardinal Newman High School. We’ll meet at CHS at 9 a.m. b. Havana Nights- It is right after RTC, on the 24th. It’s being held at the Citrus Fair; we are serving food and helping in whatever way those in charge suggest. 7.
